So over the summer you always try to focus on everything you can. I found that these projects were helpful in a way to always keep thinking but also just made my life more stressful, and also my supers as he never really seemed to take part. With school you always want to push out your best work but I found with the role and duties I had this year I just never really had the time to give you my best work not even 50% of that and to me that was disappointing
I grew over the summer tremendously to where I’ve been brought back for another year with a pay increase and a chance to take over as super the year after that. Me putting myself before schooling honestly helped my career rather then not.
So with that being said My career is going in the right places and I’m learning so much everyday. but its from myself going out there and figuring it out for myself. I just wish there was a way to change up the summer programs a bit.
